Pietro Chillè is a Milan-based multidisciplinary product designer. After studying at Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan, he completed an MSc in Design for Sustainability and Regeneration at POLI.design, where his research increasingly focused on material culture, anthropology, and the relationship between objects and the contexts in which they are produced and used. At CTRLZAK Art & Design Studio, he further developed this research-led approach, working on projects for brands including Mogg, cc-tapis, Seletti, and 10DEKA. Strongly influenced by the Mediterranean, his practice focuses on craftsmanship, local production, and inherited knowledge, exploring how these can inform contemporary design. Sustainability is integral to his work, bringing environmental considerations together with questions of production, local knowledge, and cultural context.
